local draw Terms of Service

local draw provides local search and Internet yellow page submission services.

By purchasing a local draw service, you are subject to the following terms of service and to the terms and conditions of the defined local search providers and Internet yellow page web sites.

local draw is also subject to the terms and conditions of the local search providers, and will adhere to these terms and conditions. Whereas the terms and conditions do not guarantee acceptance or ranking and hold the right of determination, local draw will try to work with both the client and with the individual provider to meet any of the provider’s specific or special qualifications or objections to a submission.

Prospective clients for local draw must agree to use the services of local draw for lawful purposes only. Businesses that provide gambling, tobacco, adult services are not accepted in the local draw program. local draw retains the right to alter or remove any content before submission.

Due to the nature of our services, local draw does cannot offer refunds.

local draw will provide submission services within seven business days after payment.

Whereas a local draw service package is listed as an annual subscription, billing for that service will occur annually and automatically within a week of the account's initiation date. local draw will send a notice prior to renewal. These notices will provide any necessary information including notification if prices have changed. Cancellation of renewals must occur within 30 prior to renewal.

A client of local draw may cancel a local draw subscription at any time by simply contacting local draw. However the services will remain intact for the remainder of the original subscription.

local draw values your privacy

Any information that we ask you to provide will be used only to facilitate the communication intended for your submission to the providers mentioned in the local draw packages. local draw does not provide the information we collect to any third parties. We cannot, however, guarantee the practices of the sites that we submit your listing to, though we have tried in every instance to choose only the most respectable companies to whom we submit your information.

Occasionally local draw may send you an email related to our service, or other helpful marketing news & ideas. If you do not wish to receive these mailings, please check the unsubscribe option on the email, or email us at info@localdraw.com with a note and we will remove you from our mailing address.
